Cozy and cute, small kitchen but has all you need, there is ample storage in an unfinished space and does have what used to be an oversized closed with a window which some with a twin bed may wish to consider it as small bedroom. Does have a fire escape in case of emergencies since it is on the third level. Perfect for anyone who needs to convenience of living near everything. Landlord will consider a month to month rent with short lease, he may also consider a cat but sorry no dogs of any kind.This is a month to month rental, 30 days notice needed if moving.
